Strategic Leadership for Growth, Transition and Impact
I advise and lead organizations navigating growth, marketing transformation, executive transitions, complex partnerships, and mission-driven change.
My work spans strategic advisory, Fractional CMO leadership, Interim CMO assignments, and focused consulting engagements for businesses, nonprofits, foundations, advocacy organizations, and other mission-driven institutions.
Strategic Advisor · Fractional CMO · Interim CMO · Consultant.
I am a strategic advisor, fractional and interim marketing executive, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with experience spanning global enterprise, business ownership, international affairs, government contracting, civic engagement, and economic development.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy and execution—helping organizations clarify their direction, strengthen their market position, build productive partnerships, and move important initiatives forward.
As co-founder and managing partner of Webtek Marketing, I help lead the company’s business development, financial management, client programs, project oversight, and broader operations. My earlier career at Hewlett-Packard gave me direct experience working across international markets, partner ecosystems, and diverse business cultures.
Alongside my commercial work, I have held leadership positions with organizations advancing international exchange, human rights, citizen diplomacy, education, and economic opportunity.
This combination allows me to approach organizational challenges from multiple perspectives—connecting business performance with people, partnerships, governance, and long-term impact.
Leadership for Important Moments
Organizations often bring me in when they are facing a consequential decision, entering a new phase of growth, navigating an executive transition, or trying to connect strategy with consistent execution.
Growth Has Outpaced the Marketing Function
The organization needs stronger executive direction, clearer priorities, more accountability, and a marketing strategy aligned with broader business goals.
A Leadership Transition Is Creating Risk
A CMO or senior marketing leader has departed, but teams, campaigns, budgets, partnerships, and pipeline cannot be placed on hold.
The Executive Team Needs an Independent Perspective
Leadership is preparing to make an important decision and needs experienced, objective counsel before committing resources or changing direction.
Strategy Is Not Translating Into Execution
The organization has strong ideas and ambitious goals but lacks a practical operating plan, clear ownership, or alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Mission and Growth Need to Work Together
A nonprofit, foundation, advocacy organization, or mission-driven company needs to expand its reach, strengthen its positioning, or improve performance without compromising its purpose.
Ways to Engage
Every organization requires a different level of involvement. Engagements can range from periodic executive counsel to embedded leadership of the marketing function.
